Influence Global Podcast with Sophie Crowther

News

Head of Influencer Talent, JAPAC, Sophie Crowther, joins Gordon Glenister on the Influence Global podcast to talk about the business of influencing.

In this episode Gordon Glenister, Global Head of Influencer Marketing at the BCMA, speaks to Sophie to discuss how to manage campaigns tackling sensitive issues. Sophie talks about the amazing results achieved from a campaign run with the Internet Watch Foundation about how best to tackle the issue when you see indecent images online and how best to report them.

After an extensive search, our campaign team found two top influencers to work with, Aaron Crascall and EmanSV2. Both creators felt very passionate about the subject matter and paired with their incredible reach and engagement rates were the perfect talent to front the story.

Sophie has been Head of Influencer Talent for BB APAC for 3 years and before that was working for the London team for 3 years across Influencer Strategy, Talent Management and Audience Development. She has worked across numerous influencer campaigns with some of the biggest influencers in the world. She has worked with high-profile brands such as SK-II, ANA, Accor Hotels, Evian, Lark, Internet Watch Foundation and Jaguar Land Rover managing all influencer and talent engagements as well as production management and overall campaign delivery on a regional and local level.

We take a talent agnostic approach to influencer marketing, which means we are not beholden to a finite roster of talent when we collaborate with brands and creators.

Our expert team of talent managers only ever source creators and influencers for the specific brief in hand, combining their years of experience with insights from our market-leading data partners to identify and work closely the most authentic and engaging talent for the brands we work with.

“We spend huge amounts of time growing non-exclusive relationships with talent all over the world, as well as with our data partners”
