Director/PDMR Shareholding Holding in Company

Social video company Brave Bison (AIM: BBSN) announces that it was notified yesterday that on 16 April 2020, Tangent Marketing Services Ltd purchased 31,610,503 ordinary shares in the Company (“Ordinary Shares”) at a price of 0.7 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this purchase, Tangent Marketing Services Ltd holds 165,316,059 Ordinary Shares, which is equivalent to approximately 27 per cent. of the Company’s total issued ordinary share capital. 

Oli Green, Interim Chairman and Non-Executive Director of Brave Bison, is a director and shareholder of Tangent Marketing Services Ltd. Therefore, following this purchase, Oli Green is directly and indirectly interested in a total of 167,468,473 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 27.35 per cent. of the Company’s issued ordinary share capital, which includes the 1,100,000 Ordinary Shares held via Tangent Industries Ltd and the 1,052,414 Ordinary Shares held by Oli Green.

Tangent Marketing Services Ltd is a person closely associated with Oli Green, a person discharging managerial responsibilities. The FCA notification, made in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation, is appended below.
