Patrick Walker said: “I am delighted and feel very honoured to be leading this business which means so much to so many people.  We will continue to deliver upon our promise to be the Upload Once, Commercialise Everywhere network. Since I joined the Company last summer I have been invigorated by the people I work alongside and we are all committed to delivering a world class product, generating results for our investors and to being a fantastic place to work for our exceptionally talented team.”

Charlie Muirhead commented, “The transformation of Rightster into the first online video distribution network that is a public company is one I have been proud to lead. I am very proud of the Company that I have built and of the team that has supported me in that process.  I look forward to being able to continue to contribute to the success of the business.”

Mark Lieberman, chairman of Rightster said: “Charlie has had a tremendous impact on the industry since he founded the Company and we would like to put on record our thanks to Charlie for his dedication to the Company. We transition from his leadership with a clear strategy, top-class leadership team, a new technology platform, and a renewed focus on the customer. The succession plan will now take effect and Patrick and the team will push the Company on to the next level.   We are delighted that someone of Patrick’s stature in the online video industry will succeed Charlie and lead the next phase of our growth.”
